2. Products and Custom Sizing

As a provider of suits and apparel, we take pride in our craftsmanship. Please note the following regarding our products:

  • Accuracy of Display: We have made every effort to display the colors and textures of our fabrics as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.
  • Measurements: For custom or made-to-measure suits, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements. TraingleSuits is not liable for poor fit resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
  • Product Availability: All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue products without notice.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on the website do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
  • Payment Methods: We accept Payment Methods, e.g., Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and any kind of UPI You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
  • Billing: By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your designated payment method for your order, including any shipping and tax fees.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Standard and custom orders are processed within 2 days business days. Custom suits may require additional tailoring time, typically ranging from  3 to 5 weeks.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from TraingleSuits pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or natural events.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Alterations

  • Standard Items: Unworn, unaltered, and unwashed standard-sized items may be returned within 3-5 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Custom Suits: Because custom suits are made specifically to your measurements, they are strictly non-refundable.
  • Alteration Credit: If your custom suit requires minor adjustments, we may offer an alteration credit of up to 10% to be used at a local tailor. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to qualify.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TraingleSuits and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written consent.
