By accessing, browsing, or purchasing any garments, suits, blazers, Bandhgalas, or sartorial accessories from this website, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Pan-India Shipping Policy, and 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the website immediately.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
To purchase products or register an account on our platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18 years of age, you may purchase from this platform only with the active involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and phone numbers. Triangle shall not be liable for any unauthorized access or activities occurring under your credentials resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.
3. Menswear Products & Sartorial Specifications
Triangle specializes in luxury ready-to-wear and bespoke menswear, including 3-Piece Suits, 2-Piece Suits, Single-Breasted and Double-Breasted Blazers, Royal Jodhpuris, Bandhgalas, and Stretch Formal Trousers.
Sizing & Tailoring Inlays: All garments are crafted strictly in accordance with standardized Indian size charts (Chest sizes 36 to 46 inches; Trouser waist sizes 28 to 44 inches). To accommodate body variations, our trousers feature up to 2 inches of waistflex margin and 2-inch fabric inlays along the hems for effortless local tailoring adjustments.
Color Accuracy: We endeavor to display the authentic colors, textures, weaves, and patterns of our textiles as accurately as possible. However, because display monitors and mobile screens vary in color calibration, slight shade variations may occur and do not constitute a product defect.
4. Pricing, GST & Invoicing
All product prices displayed on the website are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) applicable in India.
The Maximum Retail Price (MRP) and invoice breakdowns comply with the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Triangle reserves the right to modify prices, launch seasonal promotional events, or correct inadvertent typographical pricing errors prior to order dispatch.
5. Order Acceptance, Fulfillment & Cancellation
Order Confirmation: An order confirmation received via email or SMS/WhatsApp signifies receipt of your order request, but does not constitute formal acceptance. Contractual acceptance is finalized once the garment has been dispatched from our tailoring atelier and an Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number has been generated.
Order Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel any ready-to-wear order free of charge at any time prior to shipment dispatch. Once the parcel is in transit with our logistics carrier (Bluedart/Delhivery), cancellation cannot be processed; however, you may utilize our 7-Day Exchange & Return facility upon delivery.
Cancellation by Triangle: Triangle reserves the right to cancel any order due to fabric stock unavailability, unexpected manufacturing flaws detected during quality control, or unserviceable PIN codes. In such events, a 100% refund will be issued immediately to the original payment mode.
6. Payment Methods & Cash on Delivery (COD)
We provide secure, PCI-DSS compliant checkout through verified Indian payment gateways. Accepted payment methods include:
- Unified Payments Interface (UPI): Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI applications.
- Debit & Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and American Express.
- NetBanking: Over 50+ major Indian scheduled banks (HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, Kotak, etc.).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on orders up to ₹25,000 for serviceable Indian PIN codes. For COD security, our team may verify orders via telephone or WhatsApp before atelier dispatch.
7. Pan-India Shipping & Express Delivery
We provide insured express courier delivery across 19,000+ PIN codes in India through trusted air courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees).
- Metro Deliveries (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): Estimated 2 to 3 business days.
- Rest of India / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: Estimated 3 to 5 business days.

8. 7-Day Size Exchange & Alteration Guarantee
We stand behind the craftsmanship of every garment. If the fit is not 100% satisfactory, you may request a Complimentary Size Exchange or Return within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

9. Intellectual Property & Trademark Notice
The trademark "Traingle", "Triangle", brand logo emblems, garment photography, editorial lookbooks, styling guides, bespoke suit cut patterns, website code, and graphical layouts are the exclusive intellectual property of Traingle Sartorial Private Limited. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, commercial scraping, or re-use without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to civil and criminal legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.
10. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
To the maximum extent permissible under Indian law, Triangle's cumulative financial liability arising from any order, whether in contract, tort, or warranty, shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Triangle shall not be liable for delayed delivery or performance failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to severe weather disruptions, natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or transit bottlenecks.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or contractual claim arising out of your relationship with Triangle shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to applicable statutory consumer protection statutes, any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent Courts of New Delhi, India.
